New Dior ads

What your looking at is classic Dior under the direction of Kris Van Assche. The canvas feel of the advertisement, the looks of the models and the silhouettes of the cuts in the garments all come together to perfectly spell out DIOR HOMME.

Madonna for Louis Vuitton

Here we see Madonna, a woman well past her peak (or so they say) still looking exceptionally well in the newest installment of her ads for Louis Vuitton. Everything that I have read about these ads so far are saying that they are too raunchy and that she has gone too far with these looks, especially the one below with her legs spread. In my honest opinion I don't think that Madonna has gone too far, she has a limited time left that she can still do spreads like this and still look this good. She is a 50 year old mother of 3 and anyone that feels like she shouldn't be doing these kinds of shots is just jealous because they know within themselves that when they get her age they won't look half as good (minus the photo editing).

Catch and Dress: Victoria Beckham

This commercial is an ad for Victoria Beckham and her collection. Our friends over at NY Mag said that this commercial didn't make sense but I am going to have to disagree with them on that one. This commercial is so artistic that I think you would have to watch it again and pay less attention to get it. Although the models are running from nothing and hiding from something or someone that never reveals itself that is only a distraction. The point that you miss is that every pose that they get into when they find that hiding spot is artist, like a still life photographers dream.

A Sick Bad Do

This is my new favorite ad, by tomorrow I'll be over it but for now, this is it.

Secretary of Defense: David Banner

Here's a thought and this is strictly a thought but what if he's serious and this is really a campaign ad?

Can't Con Him

Notice the third person from the left in this ad? Is that... wait a minute... Yes it is Pharrell! That's right kids Pharrell Williams is featured in a Converse ad sporting a BBC shirt. P and I were flipping through Paper magazine and came across this ad. He is a true business man, if you only take a second to sit down and think about it you'll understand why I say that and I don't have to explain it.

Sex and The City

I didn't go to see the movie because I've never seen an episode in my life but just like I predicted. In the opening weekend the movie made $27 million and I heard that all of the tickets for the night were sold out at 4PM.

-side note-

At some locations the movies play until 1AM and those tickets sold out at 4PM.

Congratulations to the participants of this movie on their success. Hello Ms. Jennifer Hudson. Everybody that I spoke to told me that they enjoyed the movie so I'm going to go ahead and say; check it out.

May 30th

This is going to be the biggest movie release of the year. Yes thats right its going to outdo Iron Man. Can basketball beat Oprah? My point exactly.
Unfortunately I will not be a part of the masses that goes to see this due to the fact that I have never seen the syndicated show.
Sorry

Get Into This Ad

You must understand that YSL has this affect on alot of women and she is not responsible for her actions. But on a more serious note, this ad is definitely foreign because the US public is way too squeamish for this and we take everything too personal. If this were on 5th Ave by the YSL boutique, people would protest until  it was taken down.
In my personal opinion...I love it!

Mamamia!

I haven't had a chance to see the smash hit play yet but I have come across some temporary freedom and will surely use it to explore the simple pleasures of life life the theater and smelling the biddies. Anyway the hit play is being made into a movie so now I think it will reach even more people if thats even possible seeing as how the play was big in the states and spread across the sea's to Japan. Besides how can you go wrong with Pierce Brosnan; he was James Bond. Remember Golden Eye?
Enjoy

Seriously Funny!

If you've seen these two and their adventurous journey to White Castle then you know that this movie should be funny as well; naturally. I'll be in line the day it comes out.
Enjoy
