Chapter 1: The Grind
Eyes open at 6AM, work out starts promptly. Then shower and eat breakfast in time to be out of the house by 7:45AM. Get to work for 8:30AM, meeting at 8:45AM EVERY MORNING!
(Gucci by the way)
9PM I starting making my way out of the building. Say goodnight to the custodian, climb out of the elevator and bid the doorman a good night as well. Sleep on the train, wake up right as the train doors open for my stop and stumble down the block home. Get to the house and crash before I even reach for my keys.

This is the most relaxing aspect of the office but it doubles as the most inspiration part as well. When it all becomes too much and I'm tired of sending death threats to my clients who haven't done what little I ask of them I make way to the window and peer out into the water. Looking out this window takes me somewhere else for however long I choose to stay there. I can't hear the woman behind me yelling at her client about a statement that she never faxed over. I can hear the office manager calling the new guy a slacker or that senior account manager taunting the guy that looks like Bill the Butcher from Gangs of New York. All I know at this point is the water. It becomes the most inspirational part for me when I see some guys sail boat drift by, sails flying high and the wind behind them. Makes me think to myself... How much longer before I can put a boat in that harbor?

My Day Dreams
Maserati Quattroporte
I used to think I wanted one until I saw the Maserati GranTurismo S! I'm sorry to inform you but the people you have been idolizing haven't done a good enough job. They found a niche and they stuck with it, it took them far and they got comfortable. Once you lose the hunger you lose the drive. Taking risk is no longer in their portfolio because they have too much to lose. Aren't you bored reading the same foolishness over and over again? Aren't you tired of going to these parties and seeing the same people?
You deserve better!
Welcome to the lifestyle...

There She Goes!
Marcus Pierson
She Lingers
You have her at one hour and yet you lose her the next. She goes as easily as she comes but nothing comes without hard work. To know her is to see her but you can only see her if you know her. She stands in a crowd of women and stands out! She frequents these places but wouldn't be caught dead in THOSE places! She isn't invited to these parties... she is the party! Her smile is charming and her eyes are endearing... oh what a story they tell... She is a woman! How she wears her hair has nothing to do with her hair and has even less to do with who she is... any of this making any sense to you? The heels, the dress, the eye liner (recently learned that), the scent its all smoke and mirrors... do you know her? Who is she? Where is she? These are questions you should know the answer to... but only if you know her.

What you wear is not half as important as how you wear it. What you eat doesn't come close in comparison to where you eat. What you put on your body is insignificant when compared to what you put in your body! Nourish the mind and the body keep them in equilibrium; the world rotates on a balance!
When you don't eat meat and almost everything else that is commonly served in restaurants nourishing your body becomes an operative mission. When you do find a nice spot to eat you fall in love for a number of reasons. The first reason is that you think of all the days that you could have eaten here then you think ahead to all the days that you plan on eating there. Finally if the food taste as good as the dish above did, you close your eyes when you eat it to really identify everything you are tasting and you ride the taste wave all the way to the next bite.
